Leave it to Annie to make sure her babies had power!  
 
In fifteen all-too powerless years asea, Annie was kept to her sewing and bible reading underdecks.  And she experienced the terror of mutiny, that macabre upending of power and the horror of its aftermath.  
 
She never staged her own mutiny. But she raised – and immorialized – little ones who look like they would have been capable of it if they had to! 
 
But they never had to. They were happy children,  survived the death of their father, and the family bankruptcy in a run on the banks, and  remianed close all their lives.
