Payment

You can use major credit cards or ApplePay to purchase items from our store. Due to philosophical differences with its owner, we are forgoing the use of PayPal at this time.The credit-card-only option has been configured by our store platform and our printing arm to be very secure. As of mid-November, ApplePay \will not be providing services to Russian customers.

 

Fulfillment

Because your products are printed at your demand, and at the facilities that do the best work with the products you choose, they take longer to produce than if you ordered them from warehouse stock. Product samples we have received or have sent as gifts have taken from four days to two weeks (most around six days). Our product producer is continuously evaluating what are the best sources for each item they choose to sell. So far, RWGLLC has seen our luxury goods distributed for printing and production in western and eastern Europe, many parts of Asia, and the Americas (look at ‘Tech Specs’ on each product for more information). We are informed of supply-chain delays and will inform you so that you can decide if you prefer to wait or to cancel your order. Please monitor your contact preferences for updates.

 

Shipping

Goods are shipped to you for free. We have set only standard USPS rates at this time. As we get a better sense of how long products take to arrive we may choose to include more shipping options.   

 

Returns

All goods are returnable for full refund unless visibly worn or damaged after you have received them intact, or if they have been individually customized. At your expense (remember, we pay for shipping to you if you are in the US), you will properly pack and mail it by whatever service you prefer to the return address on the packing slip, Reluctant Whaler Girl LLC, Unit A, 11201 Ed Brown RD Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273-9202, dated within 14 days from the date you received the item. You will be credited as soon as the item is received. Please provide the reasons for the return in order that we may trouble-shoot and improve. At this time, we cannot inspect the goods in person until two weeks after they arrive in our facility, so we rely your ‘goods will’ as it were.

 

As this is print-on-demand, any further orders will be new ones, with similar times for manufacture. For example, if you wish to get a different size in the same product, you can order it right away, and will be fully recompensed for the first product separately.

 

Privacy

We  essential, functional, marketing, and performance analytics cookies. You can accept or refuse all cookies, our can select only those you prefer, except those that are essential. Some external elements will continue to load cookies. At this time we have no social features or Apps outside our own Wix/Printful platform. We do give you access to ApplePay, and PayPal may be added.  We will inform you through email and in marked edits here when this happens. We are careful about the links we choose, but when you click on a link within the site, we cannot guarantee that the site to which you are taken uses the same approach.

 

Waste & Ecology

We commit to try to make ecologically-sound decisions, as well as to a process of continuous improvement. Our manufacturing arm, Printful, is #4 on one list of 'The 12 Best Ethical & Eco-Friendly Print-On-Demand Companies. Situated as they are, they attempt to monitor conditions and business practices in the global chain of raw materials to production and to make good choices. This is a highly imperfect process, and will involve exploitation of workers, resources, and local cultures and systems, in so far as Printful cannot monitor them. In most cases I will reuse returned items for studio photography, warehouse sales and donations (‘as is’), and so on. Due to the quality of RWGLLC goods, they are not likely to need to be discarded.

 

Wholesale and Collaboration Inquiries

We welcome wholesale inquiries and collaborations. Please e-mail or call us directly with any inquiries. When the site has been launched, we will invite several entities to provide critique and to consider if they want to receive a small percentage of profits, and to suggest other groups. Partnering opportunities with these vibrant organizations will be especially welcomed whatever our financial arrangements. These organizations have been selected because they are founded and serve officers and crew of nations and ethnicities not appropriately showcased.

This website is owned by Reluctant Whaler Girl LLC and operated by Wix.com. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors products that: are images we have copyright to and have designed. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Who Can the Website; What are the Requirements to Create an Account

In order to order goods or receive our services, you must be at least fifteen years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Reluctant Whaler Girl LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

In regard to uploadable content, should you provide any, you recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

 

 

Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

Right to Change and Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services.

Key Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged as noted during the complete ordering process.
